Basically, a Fixed Fee Agreement gives you a schedule of services that you want with a price quoted for each service. It will also include unlimited consulting and on-site visits (within reason, and excluding such things as IRS audits or business valuations). You then pay a simple monthly fee for my service which remains unchanged for the entire year, thus allowing you to budget your accounting expenses more easily.
